6. Returns and Refunds – 7-Day Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Return Process:

within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, we will coordinate the return pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer if applicable).
Ineligible items or late return requests may be rejected.
Note:
Items bought on sale or promotion may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.
