At Mous.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

✅ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ All tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are intact.
✅ You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Late return requests (beyond 7 days of delivery).

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at mouspkofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0304 6736542.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back.

3. Return Shipping

  • In case of a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, Mous.pk will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fee.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or via bank transfer if you paid with Cash on Delivery.

  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product (size, color, etc.):

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • The product must meet the same return eligibility criteria as above.
